1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse.

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing components.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product at no additional cost.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
